Brought my vehicle in on June 30th to address a pre-existing flashing check engine light, ESC light, and P0302 Cylinder 2 misfire code via a GDI walnut blasting service. The service was completed on July 1st, but immediately after pickup, the vehicle developed an intermittent drivetrain shudder. On Friday, July 3rd, I went to install a replacement PCV hose. Upon inspection, I discovered the technicians completely failed to reinstall the mounting bolt for the PCV valve assembly on top of the valve cover, leaving it completely unbolted and loose. Furthermore, while they noted they performed a temporary repair on a "brittle" hose, they actually taped a completely severed, broken-in-half line using what looks like cheap white duct tape. They claimed this "patch" would hold, but it completely failed, creating a massive vacuum leak right next to the cylinder experiencing the misfire. If they had been honest about the severity instead of downplaying it, I would have gone straight to Mastrovito Chevrolet in Yorkville that afternoon to buy the factory part instead of being forced to scramble for emergency hardware at Advance Auto Parts today, July 3rd, just to fix their dangerous reassembly

I had a great experience at the Automotive Service Center. I needed a new mechanic center, and they were very accommodating and took me in as quickly as possible. They also gave me an appointment for my own car very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I felt their prices were reasonable, and I think they were very honest in speaking with us about what needed to be done. I will definitely recommend the Automotive Service Center in Marcy. OK

The team at ASC is top notch. They have always been clear and detail oriented when diagnosing and presenting problems with my vehicle. They've given me detailed inspection information that I've been able to take home and resolve myself. And when a job is too big/specialized for me to resolve in my garage, they've been happy to support and handle the work cleanly and efficiently. I've never had any concerns when receiving my car after they've work on it. Truly Phenomenal Service!

Professionalism is not a character trait that should be assumed in the business market of today. Proper etiquette, professionalism, and a resolve was displayed by this establishment. My foreign luxury vehicle was addressed and the concerns handled in a very quick manner. Will be returning to fulfill the requirements of my vehicle .
